1. Handmade Nature of Products

All Yaaaadein products are handcrafted and made to order, which means:

No two products will be exactly alike.
Slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur.
Flowers, fabrics, or mementos provided by customers are preserved as best as possible, but natural fading or transformation over time is normal.

2. Orders & Customizations

Once an order is placed, custom details cannot be changed after 24 hours.
Any images, accessories, or materials submitted for customization must be your own or have permission to use.
We reserve the right to reject custom content that is inappropriate or violates copyright laws.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped only after completion (processing time mentioned in our Shipping Policy).
Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we’ll help you resolve issues wherever possible.
Shipping is non-refundable unless there's a proven fault on our part.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

As each item is custom-made, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, logos, product names) on this website belongs to Yaaaadein.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal data you provide will be used only to fulfill your order or communicate updates. We never sell or share your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our site implies agreement to the new terms.
